Nancy Casey
Nancy Casey is a general partner of Wheatley Partners III, LP and Wheatley MedTech Partners, LP. Nancy has investment experience in public portfolio management, venture capital and leveraged buyouts. She has delivered superior return performance in each of these three investment areas.
From 1983 to 1987 she co-managed the venture capital, leveraged buyout and small capitalization portfolios of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. From 1987 to 1992, Nancy was a General Partner at Euclid Partners, a New York City-based venture capital firm. At Euclid, she led the firm's investments in software and communications. She subsequently analyzed and managed technology investments for the investment management firm Tiedemann Boltres Partners. In 1996 she formed Valhalla Capital Management, a fund that invests in both public and private information technology companies. Nancy holds an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester and a B.A. from Western Maryland College.
