Lawrence Wagenberg Lawrence Wagenberg is a general partner at Wheatley. Larry focuses on the Technology Enabled Services, Software, Internet and Healthcare sectors and serves on the Boards of Directors of Pando Networks, SafeHarbor and Guidester. He also is an active Board Observer at VersaMed, WHITTMANHART, Comprehensive NeuroScience and Visiprise. Prior to joining Wheatley, he practiced corporate law with the firm Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLC, where he focused primarily on private and public securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions. Larry holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and B.A. from the University of Vermont. |
